Welcome to planDisney, Ariele!
Thanks for stopping by with your question about one of
Walt Disney World's Good Neighbor Hotels. These properties provide a variety of accommodations near the magic.
Ariele, most reservations at Good Neighbor Hotels can be linked to your My Disney Experience account. Unlike hotels in the
Disney Resorts Collection, your reservation won't connect instantly, and it might take up to three days for your stay to appear in My Disney Experience. If it's been at least three days since you booked your vacation, try adding it to your plans in My Disney Experience once more. When you arrive for
Early Theme Park Entry, present your reservation in the
My Disney Experience mobile app to the Cast Member near the entrance.
If, after several attempts, your stay still will not link in your My Disney Experience account, you'll need to speak with someone at the front desk of your hotel upon check-in to receive a special card you can show a Cast Member to confirm your eligibility for Early Theme Park Entry.
I hope this is helpful. One last quick tip before I go! A friend recently stayed at a Disney Springs Area Resort and shared that the complimentary resort shuttle did not begin operating in time for Early Theme Park Entry. When her family wanted to take advantage of this perk, they needed to drive or use a ride-share service. Remember also that when visiting
Magic Kingdom Park, your hotel's shuttle will drop off at the Transportation & Ticket Center; you'll need to hop on the
monorail or ferry to reach the theme park entrance. This is something to keep in mind when timing your arrival.
Best wishes for a memorable vacation this spring, Ariele, and if there's anything else we at
planDisney can do to further assist you, don't hesitate to write back. Thanks again for sending your question our way, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Most Magical Place on Earth very soon.
