We are staying @ good neighbor hotel. We are looking at purchasing a 2 day park hopper ticket. Are we included for magic morning hours because of staying at the good neighbor hotel? If so how does it work? Do we need to show proof of where we are staying?

    Hiya, Adam!

It sounds like you are close to being ready to start your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth! With your Disneyland Resort Good Neighbor Hotel, you will have quality lodging at a location near the magic. Once you have your Park Hopper tickets, you’ll be nearly there!

At the Disneyland Resort, there are two forms of early admission. Extra Magic Hour is one of the many benefits available exclusively to guests of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels. Guests with Extra Magic Hour benefits are granted entrance up to one hour before regular park opening time. Guests may consult the Disneyland Resort calendar to find out which days Extra Magic Hour is scheduled at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day of their hotel stay. Magic Morning is an early admission benefit that is included with three-, four-, or five-day Disneyland Resort theme park tickets purchased before arriving at the resort. One use of Magic Morning is available with these tickets, granting access to Disneyland Park up to one hour before regular park opening. Magic Morning occurs at Disneyland Park on the days indicated on the Disneyland Resort calendar.

I do like your way of thinking, Adam. Getting an early start on your days at the Disneyland Resort is one of the best ways to maximize your time in the parks. Although a two-day Park Hopper tickets do not include a Magic Morning benefit, you will still do well to arrive as early as possible to the theme parks both days of your visit. That is when you will likely find the shortest attraction wait times. And I do enjoy a quick bite to eat. Some fast breakfast favorites that I would recommend are at Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland or Fiddler, Fifer, & Practical Cafe on Buena Vista Street.

Another great way to maximize your time in the parks is to add Disney MaxPass to your park tickets. MaxPass can be purchased with your tickets ahead of time for all days of your tickets. Or it can be purchased one day at a time after entering a park. Use MaxPass to obtain Disney FASTPASS attraction return times from the convenience of your mobile device. You'll save time and steps that would otherwise be used to visit the FASTPASS kiosks at each attraction. And MaxPass even includes complimentary downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos for each day you have MaxPass on your tickets!

    Have a magical time, Adam!
