    We are staying at GF March 2018 and regarding transportation- My conference at Contemporary begins at 7am, will the monorail be running? Or other transportation? Also we have a breakfast reservation one day at Hollywood Studios- 8am, transportation avail?

    Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Complimentary monorail transportation at the Walt Disney World Resort usually begins at least 30 minutes prior to the earliest park opening. Bus service from Resort Hotels begins 45 minutes before park opening. Schedules are subject to change. Depending on theme park schedules during your visit, complimentary transportation may not be operating early enough to get you to your destination.

    There is a stylish, new mode of transportation for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. The Minnie Van service debuted last summer and is currently available to guests at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. This service can be accessed using the Lyft app. For a flat fee of $20 one way, a Minnie Van will transport you to any location on Disney property. A Cast Member can have to give you access to use the Lyft app during your check-in process. This service is still in the initial phase, and subject to change so be sure to see a Cast Member for updates. I hope this helps with your transportation planning.
