Staying at the GF in late November with 2 toddlers. Have a garden view. As it is Mickey's Xmas party one night, can you recommend a quiet area of the hotel to filter the noise when the kids are asleep at 8pm. Also, then quick service is closed. Any ideas?

Hi Tricia!  The Grand Floridian is a resort close to the Magic Kingdom but it is still a distance so you will not hear the music and noise of the great Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. If the wind is blowing in the direction of the resort you can hear things if you try really hard but with a garden view your room will not be facing the water so it shouldn't bother you at all.

Gasparilla Grill is your best option for quick service eating at the Grand Floridian. You will never have to worry about going hungry as they will serve you 24 hours a day.  Breakfast is considered from 6:30am-11am. Lunch is from 11am-5pm. Dinner is served from 5pm-11:30pm and then what they call Late Nite Dining is from 11:30pm-6:30am.

You will love your choice for a resort. Take time in the evening and enjoy the great lobby full of music and hopefully the larger then life gingerbread house!
