    We are staying at the GF first week In Dec. Club level Outer building . We have book two rooms adjoining if possible Where is the concierge service, what building , what floor? Is it possible to get close to the concierge service for the sake of an senior

    Hello, Robert! Welcome to the Moms Panel! There are two Concierge Service Desks for Disney's Grand Floridan Resort & Spa for Club Level guests. The Sugarloaf section will have the service on the first floor and the Royal Palm Concierge Service Desk can be found on the fourth floor in the Main Building. I would place a call to (407)939-7675 and have them make a note of your request. They will try to accomodate you and your party if possible. Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel!
