Staying at the FW Cabins in Oct. Should I call "Mousekeeping" the night before or in the morning to let them know that some days we will be leaving later than other days? I would like it cleaned everyday. Would you have the number? TY, your great

    Hi Judy,

You can call "Mousekeeping" the night before to share your cleaning requests, if you like.  You won't need to have the phone number for Mousekeeping on hand because there will be a button on the phone inside your cabin that will connect you directly to the Mousekeeping staff.  If you are calling from a location outside the resort, simply dial (407) 824-2900 and ask to be transferred to Mousekeeping.

Typically, you needn't contact the Mousekeepers to let them know when you will be leaving your cabin.  If you plan to stay in the cabin longer than normal on any given morning, just put the "do not disturb" hang-tag outside your door to alert the Mousekeepers that they should return later.

Wishing you a truly magical vacation this October!
