I got in touch with a Cast Member, Michelle, to help me find out if there are mattress toppers available upon request for the sofa bed mattresses in the 1 Bedroom Villas at Old Key West. She was able to confirm for me that, yes, there are solutions for Guests sleeping on the sofa beds that need a little extra comfort! Housekeeping at Old Key West has mattress toppers, egg crates, and memory foam sheets available upon request — but please note that this amenity is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Michelle let me know that your best bet at getting a mattress topper at Old Key West will be to call Housekeeping or the
Front Desk as soon as you arrive. You can call them from your room or you can visit the Front Desk in person. If they do not have one available for you on the first day of your arrival, keep checking back as they may be able to accommodate your request later in your stay.
