Hi, we are staying at fort wilderness resort and our check in time isnt until 4p.m., so we are driving straight to epcot, do we show the parking people our conf. # to hotel so we dont have to pay the 14 dollars?

    Hi Julia,

The resort allows you to check in at any time during the day.  You room is guaranteed to be ready by 4pm, but many times they have rooms available before that.  In either case, you will be able to check in, get your parking permit, and room keys upon arrival.  If you have a cell phone with you, the front desk will call you with your room number when the room is ready.  When you return to the resort later in the day, you can go straight to your room with the keys you received earlier.

If you don't check in first, you will not be able to get a parking permit.  The castmembers at parking will not be able to look up your reservation and therefore you will have to pay for parking as you enter.  Its worth it to check in first.  You can also check in online before your trip to save some time.

    Enjoy your trip,

    Michelle
