We will be staying at Fort Wilderness and parking our vehicle at our campsite. However, our children will be joining us, driving in separately. Where do they park their vehicles?

Welcome to planDisney, Carolyn! A vacation at Disney’s magical fort sounds dreamy to me and it’s just a few days away! Thanks for visiting us with your question.

Guests who stay at The Campsites or the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort can park any additional vehicles near the front entrance where you would be checking in. Just make sure that your children are added to your Disney Resort hotel reservation, so they can have easy access in and out of the resort.

Carolyn, if you haven’t done so already, I always suggest renting a golf cart during visits. It’s the best way to get around Fort Wilderness! It would also be so easy to pick your kids up at the parking lot with a golf cart.

Did you know that you can rent golf carts with capacity for six people? They are first come, first served and just another fun way to get everyone in your party out and about in the magical wilderness!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. I hope you have a wonderful vacation next week!
