I will be staying at Fort Wilderness in one of the cabins... do you know if they rent out gas BBQ's? not a fan of charcoal. Thanks :D

Hi William!  The cabins do not have the gas barbecues and they do not rent this type out for your stay.  The barbecues are on each of the cabin porches and they are small but larger then a hibachi type.  The trading post stores will have charcoal for sale so you don't have to bring these items with you when packing.

If you are not fond of charcoal grills for your cooking needs perhaps you can enjoy the grill for one night of making s'mores.  Kids always love that tasty campfire treat.  You can also enjoy this over at the Fort Wilderness campfire every night depending on weather.  Then stay and watch the outdoor movie!
