We will be staying at Fort Wilderness in June. We purchased a package which includes our Magic your Way tickets - 7 day with park hopper and water park. Since check-in isn't until 1 pm, how can we get our tickets and enjoy the park before check in?

    Christa:

Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel!

You can check-in at Fort Wilderness, or any resort for that matter, as early as 8 a.m. on your arrival day. The 1 p.m. check-in time is when your campsite will be ready (similar to the resorts having a 3 p.m or 4 p.m. check-in time for when their rooms will be ready).

When you check-in early at the fort, they will give you your packet and tickets--everything except your campsite number.  You can park your RV in the parking lot and either take your car to the parks if you towed it or a bus from the Outpost bus stop nearby.  In the meantime, you'll also be given a phone number to call after 1 p.m. that will give you your site number, so that when you're ready to return and get settled, you don't have to go back to the front desk!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
