I am staying at Fort Wilderness Campground with a 7 month old in July and I was wondering do they allow floats in their pool?

Hi there, Bre! Thanks for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Summer is pretty much underway here in Central Florida, so we Sunshine Staters are already hitting the pools. But don't worry, there's plenty of room for you and your little one to take a dip in a refreshing Walt Disney World pool, too. And here's some more great news for you, Bre: you're welcome to bring a small float for your baby along with you, so the whole family can cool off after a hot summer day in the Theme Parks.

You'll just love the Meadow Swimmin' Pool area at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Aside from the large main pool, you'll find a splash play area for kids that has a shallow entry, so you and baby can sit and splash in the water, too!

I hope this helps you plan a splash-tastic Walt Disney World vacation for you and your little one, Bre. Come visit us again if you have any more questions. We love to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
