We are staying at Fort Wilderness Campground in June and I just completed the online check-in but unlike last time we stayed there wasn't a place to request a loop or near comfort stations. Is there a way to do this now or is it just luck of the draw?

    Hi Carmen!

When guests have a specific request concerning their Walt Disney World resort rooms I suggest you call the Central Reservation Number and speak to the cast member about your requests. They can add those notes to your existing reservation.

You can also send a FAX to the Fort Wilderness Resort about a week before your arrival specifying your requests. That number is 407-824-3508. Include your name, reservation number, dates of reservation, and requests in the FAX. Room and site assignments are made about 3-4 days in advance and please understand it is quite a large puzzle for them to deal with. When guests extend their reservations things can get very complicated as they cannot tell them to leave and a new spot must be found for the ones who were to have that site. Disney will do everything possible to honor guest's requests but sometimes it can't be done.
