We are staying at the Fort wilderness campground. We will be bringing two cars, one to pull the camper and one to Carrie rest of the family. I know one car can be parked at the campground. Will I be able to park the other one for free or is there a charge

Hi Laura, and welcome to planDisney!

Your upcoming arrival is only a few short months away. I am sure you are deep into the planning phase, which is the best part of the Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning process (outside of actually arriving on the property on the first day). I have said this often, but Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is beautifully peaceful, and we have enjoyed a few stays in the cabins.

While staying at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, your camp or RV pad will accommodate 1 motorized vehicle. For your vehicle to fit, it must remain on your pad and can not infringe on the road or be parked in the grass (which is for the safety of everyone). You can park your second car near the entrance in the main parking lot. Standard parking is complimentary for guests staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort Campsites.

We would love to continue to help you plan for your upcoming stay; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
