We are staying at fort wilderness campground in August I have a gas powered golf cart Can I bring it with me

As they say in the Wilderness "Howdy Glenn!" & thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about your August visit to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is one of my favourites and I'm so lucky to have stayed there several times over the yEars in one of the delightfully rustic Cabins where there's plenty of room for my sprawling family of 6!
During our Fort stays we've often been envious of Guests whizzing around on their neat golf carts and each time I return I promise I'm going to treat myself to Golf Cart Rental which is why I'm super excited to know you're planning on bringing your very own gas powered cart with you to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own golf carts as long as they adhere to the general Vehicles, Carts & Recreational Devices - Rules & Regulations which states private golf carts must be true golf carts and not be off-road, ATV, utility or construction-style vehicles and may not exceed the 20 MPH maximum speed limit and of course be fully equipped with working head and tail lamps for use after dark.
Wishing you an Incredible Summer at Walt Disney World Resort ~ Jane
