We are staying at Fort Wilderness Campground in April. Can we take advantage of Extra Magic Hours? I know that Fort Wilderness excludes us from some promotions...

Hi Amanda!  Fort Wilderness guests are considered Walt Disney Resort guests just as if you were staying at the Grand Floridian!  Even if you are staying in your own RV or tent you will still be given a "room" key which enables you to charge to your account, have packages delivered to the campground, and yes...of course....you can enjoy the Extra Magic Hours in the parks.  You can use all of the Disney transportation, park amenities, and all Disney restaurants.  You are certainly a true Disney resort guest.

What I enjoy is you also get the privilege to have a completely different experience when staying at the Fort.  It is very peaceful and you can rent bikes, canoes, golf carts and many other forms of recreation.  There are two pools, two trading posts, hiking trails and playgrounds.  Trails End is the restaurant located in this area and I love the buffet offerings at breakfast and dinner.  It is now open for lunch with a simple menu to choose from.

    Enjoy your Fort Wilderness stay!
