We will be staying at the Fort Wilderness Cabin’s. I was wondering how complete the kitchens are? Such as, is there dish soap, paper towels, ect...? Also, is there shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers?

Hello or as they sometimes say in the wilderness "Howdy Rachel!" and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
For many yEars my own family have been enjoying our stays in the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, we absolutely love this very beautiful and peaceful Resort with it's towering Pine and Cypress trees and true closeness to nature feel.  Not to mention that the cabins can comfortably accommodate my family of 6 allowing us to relax, cook and spend quality time with each other and yet only be a short ferry boat ride away from the enchantment of the Magic Kingdom Park
I'm happy to share that in my own experience of staying in the home-away-from-home-sweet-home Cabins it shouldn't be necessary to shop for dishwasher or liquid washing up soap, paper towels nor hair shampoo and conditioner or body soaps - all these amenities are complimentary and are amply provided by Mousekeeping!
For your additional convenience you'll be glad to know there sure is a hairdryer and iron & ironing board, alarm clock & radio, in-room safe, telephone & voice-mail, toaster, coffee maker and full kitchen including convection microwave oven, refrigerator (with ice-maker), dishwasher and 2 counter-top burners.  You'll also find the kitchen cupboards to be filled with useful items like pots and pans, kitchen utensils in addition of course to plates, mugs, glasses flatware and so on.
During your Fort stay be sure to mosey on down to the Trail's End Restaurant where Guests are warmly welcomed as new friends and where real down-home cooking is always in bounteous supply!
    Have a great Disney day.
