    Hello, We are staying at Fort Wilderness Cabin in May. How much are bike rentals? I love the Moms Panel. Thanks

    Hi Angela! Thank you for asking another question and letting us help you as we love our guests!

    I think you will really enjoy your stay in Fort Wilderness in one of the newly refurbished cabins. My husband and I have a motor coach so we "glamp" there but the rest of the family loves to stay in the cabins. The atmosphere is so peaceful!

    Guests may Rent Bikes at the Fort Wilderness Bike Barn for $18. Complimentary helmets are provided for children and it is on a first come basis for available bikes. You are expected to keep the bikes within the resort where you rent them from although there is a lovely walking/jogging/biking path that links Fort Wilderness to the Wilderness Lodge and I recommend you enjoy that during your stay. I have never taken that route without seeing many of my four legged deer friends and often many turkeys so it is fun for all ages and something different.

    Unfortunately, bikes cannot be rented for the duration of your stay and can only be rented on a daily/hourly basis. If you have a way to bring your own if you live close enough it is a savings and an added enjoyment to have. If not then do what you can and have fun pedaling around the loops and seeing the sights while getting some amazing exercise.
