How wonderful that your family is planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort - you are going to make so many magical memories together!
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort sleep 6 adults. You will need to contact the Disney Reservations Center at (407) 939-1936 to ask about whether you could sleep 8 with two toddlers in pack n' plays in a Cabin; it's likely that this will not work due to fire code. A Cast Member on the phone will be able to confirm whether you may add your babysitter to the reservation and, if not, will be able to suggest alternate accommodations that work for your party size and needs.
I brainstormed with some of my fellow panelists, and we have some suggestions. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort have only one bathroom, which may be uncomfortable for your group, but they also have a full kitchen, which is great for making meals, saving money, and accommodating special diets or picky eaters. We kept that in mind when thinking about alternate accommodations ideas for you.
If budget is most important to you, you might consider getting two connecting rooms at a
Value Resort. You would have two beds in each room and could place a
pack n' play in each room. Requests for connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed, but if you explain your situation to a Cast Member at the number above they will do their best to accommodate you. Those rooms have coffee makers and a mini fridge.
Another idea, and one my family has done as a party of 9, is to reserve a 2-bedroom
Deluxe Villa. The 2-bedroom Deluxe Villa rooms have a full kitchen and washer and dryer, plus a living room with sleeper sofa, dining table, a master bedroom, and a second bedroom with two beds. They also have 2 bathrooms, including one with a bathtub for your littlest ones. This is a pricier option but will give your family lots of space. I also factor the kitchen into my budget because we save money by preparing meals in our villa.
