When staying in the Epcot resort area, (Beach Club, Boardwalk, etc) and using the back entrance into the world showcase, is it typically a shorter wait than the front entrance? Is it JUST for resort guests or can anyone use it?

    Hi Elizabeth,

Your referring to Epcot's second entrance, the International Gateway Entrance.  This is open for all park guests every day at park opening.  You do not have to be a Walt Disney World Resort guest to access it.  I've used it many times to enter the park and I've never waited more than two minutes to get through the turnstiles!

I love using this entrance especially in the early morning.  Guests are able to get to Future World by walking through the west side of the World Showcase.  There are typically very few guests in that area which means you can grab some fabulous photos in the United Kingdom and Canada Pavilions without a lot of crowds in the background.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.  Wishing you a fabulous, pixie dusted visit to Walt Disney World!
