If we are staying at a DVC studio room, but we are not DVC members, do we get daily housekeeping? (trash removal, new towels, etc). Thanks!

Hi ya, Diana and welcome back to planDisney! Just as Mickey is always excited to see his pals Goofy and Donald, we hEAR at planDisney are elated to have you as a returning guest!

Diana, if you have Mouseketeers in your traveling party (like my kids) who are not mindful about hanging up their towels, this is quite an important question, so let's talk about the Housekeeping Service

If you have booked your stay through Disney as a cash guest (like you would at any Disney Resorts Collection hotel) you will receive light housekeeping every other day. That service will include:
-Removal of trash and used towels
-Replenishment of towels and amenities throughout room and bathroom
-Wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces
    -Vacuuming, if needed

Diana, please note that above would not apply if you are staying through another Disney Vacation Club Membership. For example, a few years ago I booked my sweet friend a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas- Kidani Village using my Vacation Points. While she and her family were not Disney Vacation Club Members, she was staying using my Membership, so the Housekeeping Service that she received was trash and towel service on the fourth day.

Diana, I hope this information is helpful as you're planning ahead. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to your friends hEAR at planDisney. We all wish you a vacation that will have you humming, "We've got EARS, say CHEERS!"
