As of June 28, 2026, visitors to Disney Springs may be asked to show proof of a resort reservation or a reservation for dining or a special experience at a resort before
entering the bus depot area or the boarding area for water taxis to the resorts on the Sassagoula River.
The new policy applies only to buses and boats leaving Disney Springs, not to buses arriving at Disney Springs from the resorts. Please note that there is no direct bus service from Disney Springs to the theme parks or from the theme parks to Disney Springs.
So, to answer your specific question: If you are not staying at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection, you still will be able to board a bus at Disney Springs to one of the resorts for a verified dining reservation.
And, if you have gone to a resort for a meal from one of the theme parks, you can catch a bus to Disney Springs from that resort.
