Staying at the Dolphin, and need to pick up Canadian resident tickets at Will Call. Epcot will be our first park, and I was wondering if we are able to pick up our tickets at the International Gateway entrance. Thanks!

    Hello again Meghan,

It’s wonderful to see you again, and thank you for asking us another question!

I’m happy to say that, based on my experience, you can absolutely pick up the Theme Park Tickets that you purchased with the (previously available) Special Offer for Canadian residents at Epcot’s International Gateway entrance. In fact, when I’m staying in an Epcot Area Walt Disney World Resort hotel within walking distance to Epcot, that’s usually where I pick my Tickets up, because there are, typically, fewer people in line at that location than at the Theme Park’s main entrance.

Please don’t forget to bring your passport or other government-issued photo identification that clearly shows that you live in Canada and you should be good to go.

As always, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re really happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
