We will be staying at the Dolphin hotel on our upcoming WDW trip. My mom will be using an ECV. Are the busses from Dolphin ECV accessible/compatible?

Hiya, Sandra! Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help add a little pixie dust to your 2025 Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Let's think our happiest thoughts and get to it!

The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is a practically perfect home base for your Disney adventures. The location is so great--you can walk to EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and the dining and shopping spots at Disney's BoardWalk. You're also really close to Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf to enjoy a friendly round or two!

Both the Dolphin and its sister resort, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, offer complimentary bus transportation to the theme parks and Disney Springs. The buses look a bit different than those servicing the other Disney Resort Hotels, but they can accommodate Guests using an ECV.

Your mom will also be able to take her ECV onto the FriendShip boats that sail to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. These boats service the Swan and Dolphin and are a delightful and relaxing way to travel. Just to be aware--if water levels are low in the area, the boats sometimes cannot accommodate scooters due to the added weight.

Sandra, I'm sure you are going to have a magical vacation in 2025! If you have any other questions between now and then, please don't hesitate to visit planDisney again--we're always happy to help. Thanks for stopping by!

    See Ya Real Soon!
