Staying at DIsney's Vero Beach next spring. We could only get a sudio and I'm worried about meals. Is there enough to choose from at the resort for a 6 night stay?

    Hi Michelle,

My family visited Disney's Vero Beach Resort two summers ago and we had a lovely time.  It is an absolutely charming beach resort with just the right touch of Disney magic.

We found when we stayed at this resort that having a rental car was very useful.  The food available on property was delicious.  We enjoyed the quick service meals at Bleachers.  They had some tasty menu selections.  The tropical drinks and dishes at Shutters were quite enjoyable, and Sonya's provides a delightful option if you are looking for a more sophisticated meal.

You could certainly dine the entire week during your vacation without leaving Disney's Vero Beach Resort, but my family likes to go on a culinary adventure while we travel.  There are some excellent seafood restaurants within a short drive (but too far to walk) of the resort and we enjoyed exploring the larger Vero Beach area.  If your family is similarly inclined, I would recommend that you rent a car during your week at Disney's Vero Beach Resort.  The fabulously friendly cast members at Vero Beach will be happy to provide you with a list of noteworthy local restaurants when you check into the resort.

Enjoy a lovely spring escape at Disney's Vero Beach Resort.  Don't hesitate to let us know if you need any more information as you plan your trip.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
