    I will be staying at a Disney's all star sports, and I want to know if it is still possible to shop at the parks and receive the bags at the hotel.

    Hello Elaine!

    Welcome to planDisney! Shopping at Walt Disney World Resort is my weakness. I can't help it. I am very budgeted when I am home but when I come to Walt Disney World Resort I feel like my budget flies away with Peter Pan. 

    I loved the option back in the day to send my purchases back to my Disney Resort room. It was so convenient and I loved not having to worry about all of the bags I had to carry. Unfortunately, that service has still not returned to the Parks and it's not clear if or when it will come back. I have been carrying all my items lately and if things get too heavy I have rented a locker to just store the items in until I am ready to leave. I have also started to time my shopping for the end of my day so that I don't have to worry about it getting lost or damaged and only have to get it back to my room. 

    I am sorry that I don't have better news but Elaine, you will soon be in Walt Disney World Resort! Make sure to check out the fun new Disney Holiday Merch that will be available! There is a red sweater with Mickey Head buttons that I am eyeing aggressively. If you are looking for something specific make sure to ask a Cast Member as they can help guide you to the right merchandise location that has it in stock!
