We are staying at Disney's Port Orleans-French Quarter. We are planning on going to Trail's End Restaurant and then after to Chip N Dales Campfire/Sing-a-long. I was wondering what is the best way to get there from our resort? Thanks,

Hello Christina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Combining the Charm of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter with the rustic activities available at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort sounds Endlessly Magical.

The quickest way is usually the easiest to find, especially with "Get Directions" on the My Disney Experience App available on any mobile device. Once you select a location, the option to "Get Directions" becomes available. By simply typing your starting location from there, the My Disney Experience App provides you with the route with estimated shortest time.

When traveling from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, the "best" route is taking a bus to Magic Kingdom and then a boat to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The drop off area is very close to Trail's End Restaurant and there is something special about arriving by boat.

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort has internal transportation that you could use to go from Trail's End Restaurant to Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long, however it is only a short 10-minute walk.

With all of the recreational activities like horseback riding, archery and horse drawn carriage rides at Tri-Circle D Ranch (near Trail's End Restaurant), you may want to arrive early for your Advanced Dining Reservations to experience all that Disney's "Great Outdoors" has to offer.

    Happy Trails, Partner!
