    I am going to be staying a Disney’s Polynesian resort beginning September 14. Will the monorail be stopping at the Polynesian by then? I really hope so. Thanks

     Welcome back to planDisney, Gail. We're so glad to see you again! Your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation is quickly approaching. You must be counting down the days with excitement!

     You're going to love Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. It's my very favorite from the Disney Resorts Collection! This unique Disney Resort hotel features a laidback, tropical atmosphere and boasts stunning views. My kids especially love the Lava Pool and its 142-foot-long waterslide. They could spend all day there! 

     I'm pleased to tell you that a few planDisney panelists are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort right now, and they've reported that the monorail station at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is running again. Isn't that great? The availability of the monorail is going to add lots of convenience to your upcoming stay. 

     Be sure to take advantage of the incredible dining options at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. At 'Ohana, you can enjoy a Polynesian-themed meal served family-style. The 'Ohana Noodles on the dinner menu are just incredible! Stop by Trader Sam's Grog Grotto for a tropical cocktail and a casual bite to eat. I recommend the Mosquito Mojito paired with the Pan-fried Dumplings. YUM! And don't forget to pick up a refreshing DOLE Whip from Pineapple Lanai, located just outside the Great Ceremonial House. It's the perfect snack after a day of pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks!
