We are going to be staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. What is the best way to request rooms next to, adjoining or relatively close to other members of our traveling party?

    Hey Sonja!
Welcome to planDisney. I am so excited to hear that you have an upcoming trip to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort planned. This resort is truly beautiful, and offers a relaxing place to explore when outside of the theme parks. Be sure to plan some down time to visit the Fuentes del Morro Pool, which features two water slides and limitless fun for everyone in your travel party! This resort is also home to one of the newest transportation options on property, the Disney Skyliner. The Disney Skyliner adds a new level of excitement when traveling to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios. If you are visiting either of these parks on your visit, I highly recommend using this service for the fun as well as the convenience. And the views are incredible!

So, let's talk about room requests. Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort does offer adjoining rooms. While some room preferences can be added through My Disney Experience, this particular type of request should be made through a cast member supporting Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. If you have not already made your upcoming trip reservation, you can request this when booking with a cast member over the phone. Already have reservations? No problem. You can still add this request to your existing reservation. It is important to keep in mind that all requests are notated, but cannot be guaranteed. I also recommend making sure all room reservations within your group are connected in My Disney Experience.

Speaking of My Disney Experience, you and your travel party can use Disney's Direct to Room Service. This time saver is available both on the My Disney Experience website and the app. This will allow you to skip the check in line and head straight to a beachside hammock. Who doesn't love getting a head start on their vacation?

I truly hope that your trip to Walt Disney World is magical and memorable.
    See ya real soon!
