If we are staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in April what will the easiest way be to get to Disney's Contemporary for an early morning Dining Reservation?

Hey there, Katie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

I am so excited to know that you are staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. It's one of my all-time favorite places to stay. In fact, I think I've stayed at that resort more times than any other resort at Walt Disney World. You are going to have a great time! I hope you'll plan a relaxing afternoon by the pool one day during your vacation. I think it's one of the best pools at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. This zero-entry pool features two water slides, water cannons, a kiddie play area and a really great spa that's great for winding down after a long day in the theme parks. Banana Cabana, the pool bar and lounge, is really cute and has a great menu of island-inspired beverages both alcoholic and non which makes it a great hang out for everyone. More often than not, you can find me hanging out down there in the afternoons after a fun morning at the theme parks and I hope you'll enjoy it too.

Now let's get you to your breakfast! Depending on what time Magic Kingdom Park opens that morning, you may be able to take a bus from your resort there. Buses to the theme parks start running 45 minutes prior to that respective park opening each day. Once at Magic Kingdom Park, you can actually walk over to Disney's Contemporary Resort. The path is an easy 10 minutes walk and you should have no trouble finding it. Once you exit the bus drop off area, the walkway will be on your right-hand side. If Magic Kingdom Park doesn't open in time for your reservation but another park does, you could always take a bus to that theme park instead and then another bus from there to Disney's Contemporary Resort. The other option I'd suggest is using a ride-share service to get there in the morning. Ride-share services are actually pretty affordable around the Walt Disney World Resort and are readily available. It's about a 13 minute drive so I'd recommend leaving about 30 minutes prior to your reservation to give yourself plenty of time.

I hope you enjoy your breakfast, Katie, and are able to get there with ease. If you have any other questions before your trip, please do come back and ask me

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
