We are staying at Disney's Boardwalk Villas, on a DVC points reservation, and I was wondering what room or room section to request. We want to be close to the shops & dining of the boardwalk and close to the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios' walk ways.

    Hello, Rebecca!

I just got back from a great stay at Disney's Beach Club, which is right across Crescent Lake from Disney's BoardWalk Villas. You're going to absolutely love staying right there on the Boardwalk, with all of the dining and entertainment options, as well as the easy walk to both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Honestly, you will be close to all of this no matter where you stay in the Villas. However, if you take a look at this map of Disney's BoardWalk Villas, you'll see that those sections of Villas which line Crescent Lake will have closer access to amenities on the boardwalk as well as a few steps closer to the walkway to Epcot. If you look at the lower section on the map, you'll see that these Villas offer Guests the luxury of staying a little further down the walkway to Disney's Hollywood Studios, so this is a plus, too. Decide which of these two options suits your needs best and ask for that location if it is available. (Room numbers are listed and color-coded on this map as well.)

Regardless of which location you choose, prepare to be amazed at the sights and sounds of this wonderful resort location! It's truly spectacular!
