    We will be staying at Disney’s Beach Club in November and won’t have a car. We planned to visit the Winter Summerland mini golf using the Disney transportation to Blizzard Beach but can you tell me if the buses still go there if Blizzard Beach is closed?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. A November stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort sounds like beachy perfection, and a visit to Winter Summerland Miniature Golf course makes for a super “cool” extension of the theme. I love it!

    I checked with a Cast Member regarding using Walt Disney World transportation to get to Winter Summerland, and she confirmed that as long as the golf course if open, there will be bus transportation operating. I am going to encourage you to check in with your resort’s front desk Cast Members when you arrive, because things could change between now and your visit, and the resort Cast Members will have the most up-to-date advice on the best route. 

    Anna, enjoy Winter Summerland Miniature Golf! One of the things I love most about visiting the Disney Parks is their phenomenal attention to detail and impeccable theming, and they have hit a hole-in-one on this golf course. Keep an eye out for all the winter and summer details, and don’t forget to search for Hidden Mickeys!
