Hello, Wilson and welcome to planDisney! Your Magical vacation is getting closer and closer. How exciting!
My husband and I will be visiting in July as well and I'm counting down the days until Cinderella Castle is within reach. Wilson, one of the reasons why my family always stays in a
Disney Resort Hotel is the complimentary theme park transportation. I find it adds an extra element of relaxation when I can sit back and let Mickey do the driving!
Now, Wilson, as you're planning out your park days it's important to note that
the Disney Skyliner only offers service to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. While the monorail does also service EPCOT, the drop-off point for the monorail is at the opposite side of the park, and transferring between the two would require walking through EPCOT to connect as well as a
Park Hopper ticket. As all guests are currently required to hold a (complimentary)
Disney Park Pass reservation with park hopping beginning at 2:00 pm, you wouldn't be able to visit your park of choice using this transfer method until mid-afternoon. My recommendation is to utilize
Disney bus transportation to Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom from
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. If you're hoping for door-to-door service, check out the Minnie Van! Available to be booked for an additional fee through the Lyft app, you and your traveling party can ride in polka-dotted style to the park of your choice.
Wilson, while likely not the information you were wishing to hear, I do hope that it's helpful as you're looking ahead to July. If you have any additional questions, I hope you'll come on back to planDisney!
