We are staying at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and arriving 10/21/2019. We have 1 in our party that needs to be as close to the front of the resort as possible do to a recent surgery. How can I put in that request?

    Hi Jennie!

Thanks for your question. Your Disney World vacation is almost here! I can only imagine the excitement that must be building up. I know each time when my family and I are in the "home stretch" to our upcoming vacation, the days seem to linger on forever. Then, as quickly as you get there, it seems like the vacation moves in warp speed and it's already over. This may be why as I'm packing to leave, I'm already longing for my return visit to Disney. :-)

To put in a request for a closer room near the entrance to Disney's All-Star Music Resort would be handled by Guest Services. The number you would need to call is (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have your resort confirmation number handy before making the call. Once you get through to one of the phone agents, you can ask them to add these notes to your actual reservation.

Although Disney does whatever it can to accommodate their Guests as best as they can, there's never a guarantee they'll be able to fulfill your request. In the past, I have asked for special accommodations for various reasons, and there have been a number of times that request was not fulfilled. However, like my Mom would always tell me: "It's better to ask and not receive than to not ask at all."

Hoping you and your family have the time of your lives at Disney World!
