Yes, you’re welcome to check in at your
Disneyland Resort Hotel anytime on your arrival day, but please keep in mind that your room won’t be available until close to the official check-in time of 3:00 that afternoon. You can certainly check in and store your luggage with Bell Services until your room is accessible, and you can choose to receive a text message when your room is ready.
When you pull up to the entrance of your hotel, just let a Bell Services Cast Member know that you wish to store your bags. They’ll count your items and give you a claim ticket with a number that you’ll use to have your belongings brought to your room once you’re settled. I usually take a picture of it for peace of mind just in case the paper copy gets lost. After your luggage is stored, make a stop at the Front Desk to check in. You also have the option of using the
Direct-to-Room service to save time and head straight to the theme park for some early-morning pixie-dusted fun! To do this, sign in to your Disney account within five days of your arrival and use the Online Check-In service via the web or in the
Disneyland mobile app. When your room is ready, the app will display your room number and allow you to unlock your room with a digital key.
