Hi there Alyssa, and welcome back to
planDisney!
It's great to see you here with another great question. Your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth is just around the corner, so let's get going!
If this will be your first time staying at the
Disneyland Hotel, you are in for a treat! The hotel is full of Disney history and features some of the best-themed eateries in Disneyland Resort. Before you check out, stop by
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar for some
Jungle Cruise-inspired sips and snacks. My family also loves the Polynesian flavors, al fresco dining, and the casual atmosphere at
Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill.
Early Entry is available at one theme park each day and is offered exclusively to Guests of onsite
Disneyland Resort hotels. I know this isn't what you were hoping to hear, but there is no priority or early entry at
Disneyland Park on a day that
Disney California Adventure Park hosts Early Entry. I still recommend getting an early start; proximity to the theme park entrances is a definite perk of staying at Disneyland Hotel, so you'll want to take advantage of your location.
While you may miss out on one tangible
benefit of staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel, you're still eligible to charge theme park purchases to your room and use online check-in to bypass the front desk upon arrival, both functional conveniences during your vacation. Additionally, you'll enjoy special perks only found in a Disney resort. From sparkling "fireworks" on the headboards in your room to unmatched service from Cast Members, the magic of Disney accompanies you throughout your stay. My family enjoys our time in the Disney resorts almost as much as our adventures in the theme parks. I hope you feel the same after your Disneyland Hotel experience. Best wishes for a memorable vacation, and we'll see ya real soon!
