I purchased five
MagicBands (the “+” version) for my most recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I purchased all five through my My Disney Experience account. They were the bands that are available to Guests once you’ve booked a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. These can be found under the “Resort Hotel” tile on your My Disney Experience account.
When they arrived, I found that all five were already linked to my My Disney Experience account. That was a perk of purchasing the bands through my My Disney Experience account (with a booked vacation package)! Now, even though all five bands were already linked to my account, I still had to pair the bands with my mobile device. Doing so was easy! It took about 4-to-5 minutes per band.

To pair your bands, open your My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. From the menu, select “MagicBands and More.” Hold your MagicBand against your mobile device and then follow the prompts on the screen. It will walk you through the steps of how to pair your band!
And, just like Disney magic, your band will be linked and paired with your mobile device! We had a lot of fun with our new bands during our visit! Our favorite feature was watching our bands interact with the Fantasmic! show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
