We are staying at Disney World in May. One member if our party is my aunt. We have the dining plan. I was wondering if her meal credits could only be accessible for her on her magic band. I don't want me kids accidentally using her snack credits.

It's great to see you here today in the magical world of the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rachel! Planning for all the food I'm going to eat is one of my favorite things to do in the days and weeks leading up to a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and since yours is coming up soon it's a great time to start browsing menus and dreaming about Mickey Mouse-shaped treats.

We love the Disney Dining Plan in my family because it makes meal time so simple. Everyone who is staying together in the same room is alotted Dining Plan credits for the length of your stay, and everyone in the party has access to that same pool of credits. To answer your question, if your aunt is staying in the same room with everyone else you will all be sharing the same Dining Plan credits. No need to worry though because keeping track of your meal and snack entitlements once you get to Walt Disney World is really simple. In the My Disney Experience app, you can see a breakdown of how many Table-Service, Quick-Service, and Snack credits you have left to use for your stay so you can make sure that everyone gets to use their fair share!

A great place to use your Snack credits is at World Showcase in Epcot! My husband and I love trying some of the delicious snacks from all around the world and we find something new to love every time we go. Some of our favorites are the Kakigōri from Kabuki Cafe in the Japan Pavillion and the Curry Chicken Pocket from Joy of Tea in the China Pavillion.

    Happy Snacking, Rachel!
