    We are staying at Disney World in Jan before our cruise on the Fantasy. Can we get picked up at one of the parks or do we have to board the bus our hotel the Port New Orleans?

    Hi Marie,

    The bus shuttle that goes from Walt Disney World will only pick you up at your Disney Resort.  You will be able to add ground transportation to your existing cruise package by calling (800)951-3532. You need to do this before your vacation, and when you make the call make sure you have all of your travel details including your Walt Disney World reservation information available. There is a charge for this service.

    Upon arrival to your resort, you will be given more information about your ground transportation to Port Canaveral. Usually departure to the port is approximately 10:30 in the morning. Make sure to confirm the time.
