    We are staying at the Disney Swan Hotel will we get Magic bands or do we need to purchase them separately”

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I love its convenient location near Disney's BoardWalk because there are so many fantastic dining options close to your hotel. Plus, since both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios are just a walk or boat ride away, it's the perfect place to stay to enjoy the new Toy Story Land and Epcot's World Showcase!

    While the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is located on property, it is not one of the official Disney Resort hotels so you won't receive all of the amenities and inclusions that are exclusive to the Disney Resort hotels. MagicBands are complimentary for Guests of the Disney Resort hotels as they are also used as room keys. When you are staying at the Walt Disney World Swan hotel, you will receive a key card for access to your room, but you can choose to purchase MagicBands for your trip, which can be used to access your theme park tickets, FastPass+ reservations and Memory Maker account.

    As a Guest of the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, you will still receive some awesome amenities, such as access to Extra Magic Hours, access to Disney's complimentary resort transportation and the ability to reserve your FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance!
