    We are staying at the Disney All Star Music in December. Do we need to present a credit card for incedentals upon check-in, or may we decline. I have searched the Moms Panel and have found two conflicting posts, one says yes, one says no. Thanks,

    Hi, Anthony!  You do not need to use a credit card when you check-in.   If you do not, however, you will have to remember the following:

    -No charging back to your room on your Key to the World Card
    -No Express Check-out - you will have to go to front desk at the end of your stay
    -If you need to purchase the internet in your room, you will need to give your credit card

    Other than that, there are no problems if you want to keep that credit card tucked safely away!   The cast member will ask you for one at check-in, but just let them know you are all set and prefer not to, no worries!
