Hi Michelle,
Being able to prepare and eat meals in your room is one of the many wonderful conveniences of staying at a
Disney Vacation Club Villa. Fortunately, there are a number of ways you can stock up on food, drinks or grocery items you will need during your stay.
Garden Grocer, as you mention, is an independent grocery retailer not affiliated with Disney which offers grocery delivery to Walt Disney World Resort hotels. This merchant has a website which provides a list of grocery items available for sale, together with associated prices.
Another option is the
Grocery Order and Delivery Service available for Disney Vacation Club members. After deciding the items you are interested in purchasing on the
Grocery Order Form, you will then be able to compare prices with Garden Grocer to determine which option will be more cost effective. Please note that currently there is a $10 delivery fee for the Disney grocery service, whereas the Garden Grocer delivery fee varies depending upon the amount of your order and delivery date.
A third option is to purchase Grab-N-Go and more limited grocery items at The Artist's Palette at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Ultimately, however, I believe you will have more variety of choices by submitting a grocery order for delivery to the Resort. Also, there is something to be said about having your order completed before your vacation even begins so that you can focus on enjoying your holiday, not grocery shopping, once you arrive!
Wishing you a marvelous upcoming vacation at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa!
