Hi there, Cory!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for sending your question our way and for your patience as we assist all Guests inquiring about upcoming changes to the
Lightning Lane reservation system. I'd be delighted to help you.
My family and I are
Disney Vacation Club Members and often do "split stays," inevitably extending our trips by adding a day or two as our vacation approaches. I have good news for those of us who like to experience more than one resort per trip! I got confirmation from a Cast Member that
Guests with split stays can book Lightning Lane Multi Pass seven days before their first check-in date for the length of their resort stay (up to 14 days). The only caveat is your stay must be continuous in eligible onsite hotels without a gap between reservations. Later this summer, my family and I have a three-night stay at
Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, immediately followed by one night at
Disney's Old Key West Resort. If we choose to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass for any day during our visit, we can do so seven days prior to our check-in at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
I hope this is helpful, Cory! I recommend following
our Instagram account and the
Disney Parks Blog for potential updates to Lightning Lane passes as the system launches later this month. There is also a lot of excitement on the horizon across all Disney destinations, and I don't want you to miss any news. Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney, and don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do to make your spring vacation even more memorable.
Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow,
Betsy
