I see that you are having difficulty using the My Disney Experience app for booking dining reservations. Did you know that you can get a table for many of your favorite locations using the
website? In order to book dining reservations, it is highly encouraged to book online. Personally, I find it a little easier to navigate the website reservation process than the mobile app when I’m booking dining reservations. I can filter by the park or resort location, Guest ratings, and price range to pick the next stop on my foodie wish list. I typically only use the app to help me check
Mobile Dine Walk-Up availability and the
Mobile Order Service while in the parks for this reason.
If you are still experiencing difficulty booking your dining reservations, you can always reach out to a Cast Member at (407)-939-5277. They will be able to help you navigate any technical difficulties.
Don’t forget that you can start booking your dining reservations up to 60 days in advance. As an extra pixie dusted bonus, if you are a Guest of one of the Disney Collection Resort Hotels, you can book up to 60 days plus the length of your stay.
You can’t go wrong with whatever dining location you pick, but if you get a chance, “Try the Gray Stuff, it’s delicious.”
