We're staying at 1 Disney resort using our DVC points and another without. We have magicbands already customized but in My Disney Experience it has 2 separate orders for everyone. Is it possible to turn them into 1 band even though their separate groups?

    Hi Gina,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I called and spoke with a cast member at Disney Vacation Club, who let me know that you should be able to use either set of MagicBands for your entire vacation, spanning both reservations.  In this case you would still receive two sets of MagicBands, but you could use either of them for the whole vacation, assuming that everyone on your reservation is linked to both reservations in My Disney Experience.  I have found this to be true as well.  I have been able to use any of the MagicBands that I have during any given vacation.  My daughter especially enjoys choosing the MagicBand that best matches her outfit on any given day of our vacation!  I would suggest that you take both sets of MagicBands with you to Walt Disney World just in case something happens and you need them.  I have taken to putting all of my family's MagicBands into a large zip-top bag and transporting them that way.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Gina.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!
