We will be staying at a Disney Resort for our stay in March and we have purchased a 2 day pass for our family of four. Is it possible to add a meal plan even though we booked everything separately?

    Hi Sabrina,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

A Disney Dining Plan offers you a lot of convenience and flexibility while still giving you great choices among all the dining experiences at Walt Disney World.

You can add a Disney Dining Plan to your Walt Disney World Resort reservation up to 1 day before your arrival.

I just did this myself for my most recent trip. I called (407) 939-5277 directly two days before my arrival and a Cast Member assisted me in adding the Disney Dining Plan. You will need to provide full payment for the entire plan at the time you add it to your reservation.

In my experience, the key to maximizing the value of a Disney Dining Plan is to choose the plan that best fits how you and your vacationing group prefer to dine throughout the day. There is a plan option that's a good fit for every style and preference from the convenience of the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan to the Disney Dining Plan to the more complete 3-meals-per-day Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.

Sabrina, feel free to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions, and we will be happy to help you plan for your upcoming stay.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
