    We will be staying at a Disney Resort on property so will we have to purchase our magic bands or are they provided free of charge? Also, will we be able to request the colors-such as pink for me, blue for my husband and green for our grandson?

    Hello Carol!

    How wonderful to hear you are planning your next magical adventure with your grandson. You will have such a great time making memories you can cherish forever.

    As a guest staying in one of the beautiful Disney Resorts, you will receive MagicBands with your reservation.  After making your resort or package reservation, log into (or create) your  My Disney Experience account.  Under the "MagicBands and Cards" category, you will be able to customize your color choice and even add your name (being silly here is okay.)  Make sure you complete this step and confirm your shipping address at least ten days before your arrival or you will receive the "iconic" gray MagicBands when you check-in to your resort.
