If I am staying at a Disney resort should my park reservation arrival window mention the 30 min earlier time slot? For example my time window for Magic Kingdom says 9AM-10PM arrival but technically I should be able to do 8:30AM.

Welcome to planDisney, Basil! We’re so glad you stopped by with your question today!

Can you believe that your visit to Walt Disney World is now just a little over a month away?! Before you know it, you will be off on the adventure of a lifetime! How exciting!

I'm so glad to hear that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort soon and that you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel! What a fabulous way to immerse yourself in the magic from the very moment you arrive! No matter what resort you have chosen, it's bound to be an incredible experience, with special Disney touches at every corner. Be sure to keep an eye out for those sneaky hidden Mickeys! You can even make a fun game out of it with your family and see who can find the most throughout your vacation. Whoever wins gets mickey bar!

There are so many incredible benefits to staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, but perhaps my favorite is the Early Theme Park Entry! I mean, who wouldn’t want to have a jump start on the fun, am I right?! As a reminder, Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel can enter all four theme parks 30 minutes early every day. How great is that? Now, the hours in the My Disney Experience app will reflect the general hours of each park, but you still get your early access. So, worry not if it reads as 9 a.m. vs. 8:30 a.m., you are still good to take advantage of this fabulous benefit!

Basil, I am just so excited for you to enjoy the magic of staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel! It really is such an incredible experience from start to finish. Don't forget to check out the Recreation Activities board in the lobby when you arrive. This is where you'll find the schedule of fun events, activities, and so much more! If you're planning to spend some time by your fabulous resort pool, be sure to note the list of poolside activities on the schedule. You won't want to miss out on the pool games for the little ones and the Disney trivia that's fun for the whole family!

Please do stop by again if you have any other vacation planning questions! We would be happy to help!

    Bye for now!
