If I am staying at a Disney resort and opt to buy a dining plan, do I have to purchase a plan for each member of the family staying at the resort and does it have to be purchased for the full number of nights staying?

    Hi Sarah!

This is a fantastic question and many, many guests often wonder the same thing!  The dining plan is an awesome deal and should you decide to add it to your package, there are a few rules.  First, everyone in the same room must have the same package.  So in other words, if you have family members staying at at the same resort, but not in the same room, they wouldn't have to add the plan.  On the other hand, if everyone is in the same room, all must purchase the plan.

Also, the plan is based per night and not per day.  You must purchase the plan for your entire stay and cannot just add it to certain nights.  For example, if you are staying for 6 nights and you purchase the basic dining plan, each guest would receive 6 table service credits, 6 counter service credits and 6 snack credits.  I highly recommend the plan - enjoy the savings!!!
