If we are staying at a Disney resort, may we use the pool at another Disney resort? Our main pool is under construction, but we are adjacent to another resort that is not under construction.

Hi Megan! Disney has always put a lot of design and imagination into their resort swimming pools so many guests actually chose the resort for the pool amenities. When you find out that your pool is under refurbishment it can be a disappointment for sure. The general rule at Disney is that you are not allowed to "pool hop" which means use any other resort facility except the one where you are a registered guest at. However, when your resort pool is not available they will allow guest to use another close resort pool if possible. When you check in please ask the cast members what the procedure is for the pools.

Check on line as well by going to your specific resort page as they often will offer directions there during the refurbishment. Have fun and happy swimming!
